Chef Maggie put Bravas Sauce on the F&F menu to accompany our roasted potatoes side dish. It is made by first cooking onions and garlic, then is blended with tomatoes, hot sauce, and vegan mayo.

Bravas Sauce

Ingredients
Olive Oil
2 tsp
Onions - Diced
2 tbsp
Garlic
1/2 tsp
Smoked Paprika
2 tsp
Vegan Mayonaise
10 tbsp
Tomatoes - Diced, Canned
2 oz
Franks Hot Sauce
1/3 tsp
Sherry Vinegar
1/2 tsp
Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp
Directions
1. Heat oil in saute pan and add onion and garlic. Cook onions until they are tender. Season with salt and smoked paprika. Set aside to cool.
2. Combine the onion mixture, mayo, tomato, hot sauce and vinegar in a food processor (or use immersion blender) and process until smooth. Season with additional salt if needed.
