Crema is a staple condiment in Mexican cuisine - it's a versatile "cream" sauce that will add richness and balance to anything you pair it with. (We highly recommend it on tacos!).
Our Cashew Crema is made with plant-based ingredients only: cashews, sunflower oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon, and spices! It's nutty, creamy, and a great option for our vegan/ dairy-free members...or anyone looking for something new to try.
We are excited to share with you the full recipe below!
