Chocolate Coconut Granola Bars

Creamy Peanut Butter
Old Fashioned Oats
Rice Krispies Cereal
1 1/2 cups
Light Brown Sugar
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Flaky Sea Salt
1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, honey, egg, oil and vanilla until blended. Combine the oats, rice krispies, brown sugar and salt; add to the peanut butter mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips, coconut, and cashews. (Batter will be sticky.)
2. Press into an 8x8 pan with parchment or greased. Bake until mixture is set and edges are lightly browned, 12 minutes. Now drop the temperature to 300°F for another 10 minutes.
3. Top with sea salt. Chill (place in freezer for it to set more if need be.)
