Our cilantro vinaigrette emulates this while also tasting delicious, of course! Once you try it, you'll want to be enjoying it all Spring/Summer long. π

Cilantro Vinaigrette

Ingredients
| Cilantro - Fresh | 3/4 cup |
| Sunflower Oil | 3 tbsp |
| White Vinegar | 2 tsp |
| Garlic - Peeled, Minced | 1/2 clove |
| Honey | 1 tsp |
| Kosher Salt | 1/4 tsp |
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.
2. Blend with an immersion blender until well emulsified. Taste and adτ° just seasoning as needed. Top on a slaw or salad of your choice and enjoy!
