Gremolata is a zesty and savory Italian condiment that easily elevates a dish.

Especially fattier fish like salmon or tender meats and stew. It's traditionally served on osso buco to add a punch of flavor. Next time you make dinner, add this herbaceous condiment to finish it off. ✨

Classic Italian Gremolata
Fresh Parsley 1 cup
Garlic 1 clove garlic
Lemon Zest 2 lemons 
 
Directions
 
1. Finely chop your parsley. 
 
3. Using a microplane or fine-toothed grater, grate the garlic clove over the parsley.
 
4. Grate just the zest from the two lemons on top of the garlic. 
 
5. Chop all ingredients together again - enjoy!
