Easy Mug Breakfast
Red Bell Pepper
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Ground Black Pepper
1. Spray inside of a large microwave-safe mug with cooking spray.
2. Crack eggs into your mug and whisk them together. Add bell pepper, onion, mozzarella, salt, and black pepper to the eggs and mix it again.
3. Place the mug in the microwave for 1 minute. Remove the mug and stir. Place it back in the microwave for another minute. (if the eggs don't look fully cooked yet, you can add the mug back in the microwave in 30-second intervals until fully cooked.)
4. Remove the mug, let cool slightly, and enjoy!
