Brownie Batter: | |
Butter | 1/2 cups |
Semi-Sweet Chocolate | 3 oz |
Granulated Sugar | 1 cup |
Eggs | 2 each |
Vanilla Extract | 1 tsp |
Kosher Salt | 1/4 tsp |
All-Purpose Flour | 1/4 cup |
Cocoa Powder | 3 tbsp |
Mint Layer: | |
Powdered Sugar | 1 cup |
Butter | 1/4 cup |
Milk | 1 tbsp |
Peppermint Extract | 1 1/4 tsp |
Green Food Coloring | 1 drop |
Chocolate Topping: | |
Butter | 1/4 cup |
Semi-Sweet Chocolate | 1/2 cup |
2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and the chocolate together in the microwave. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and continue to microwave until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
4. Pour into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
5. Let the brownies cool completely before adding the mint layer
