Today we’re adding cold-pressed juices from Fully Rooted to our menu, and we couldn’t be more excited.
We’ve always wanted to add fresh juice to our menus…but in a world of beverages made with additives, sugar, and artificial flavors, we had to identify a partner that shares our appreciation for REAL, unprocessed ingredients.
When we were connected with the team at Fully Rooted, the partnership was a no-brainer.
The process of cold-juicing differs from the typical everyday pasteurization process, which involves using high heat and other preservatives. This breaks down the natural vitamins and provides a less nutrient-dense liquid.
Because no heat or oxygen is used in the cold-pressing process, nutrients do not get lost as they typically would during pasteurization. This means you get 100% of the vitamins, minerals, and enzymes.
Fully Rooted founders Amanda, Ben, and Angelo have experienced first-hand the value from consuming cold-pressed juice. Their team is extremely passionate about sharing their journey and the benefits that raw, unprocessed produce has to offer.
Located right in Rhode Island, each Fully Rooted juice is made fresh with a 3 day shelf life. Menus change seasonally and the team works with local suppliers like Four Town Farm to use local, New England grown fruits and vegetables. When particular items are out of season or not available locally (i.e., oranges), they use a mixture of conventional and organic produce from farmers in California or Florida.
