Grilled Pesto Chicken w/ Roasted Tomatoes

Ingredients
For Grilled Chicken:
Chicken Breasts - Boneless, Skinless
2 each
Sunflower Oil
1 tsp
Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp
Granulated Garlic
1/8 tsp
Ground Black Pepper
1/8 tsp
Pesto Sauce
2 tbsp
For Roasted Tomatoes:
Grape Tomatoes - sliced lengthwise
1 cup
Sunflower Oil
1/2 tbsp
Granulated Garlic
1/8 tsp
Dried Basil
1/8 tsp
Oregano
1/8 tsp
Kosher Salt
1/8 tsp
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 250°F.
2. Slice grape tomatoes lengthwise and season with sunflower oil, granulated garlic, dried basil, oregano, and salt. Bake on sheet tray for 25 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, heat grill to medium/high. Rub chicken with oil and season with salt, granulated garlic, black pepper and 1 tbsp of the pesto sauce. Grill chicken until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
4. Serve grilled chicken with roasted grape tomatoes and drizzle with additional pesto sauce.
