Grilled Pork Chops w/ Peach BBQ Sauce

What's better than tender, savory pork chops paired with a seasonal sweet and tangy sauce? We feel it doesn't get much better than that.

We love this dish because it's great year-round, but it certainly does wonders enjoying it on a summer day. It's just about peach season in New England (July through September) - this will be the best time to incorporate them into your dishes; plus, grilling these next few months is a must! It's enjoyable in the colder months as well because of this dish's hearty comfort it brings. If you decide to make this at your next cookout, we suggest pairing it with greens w/ Sweet Vidalia Onion Dressing and Buttermilk Cornbread.

You can also find this sauce featured on our F&F Seasons: Summer Collection . In addition, we have it paired with our pulled pork sliders - another terrific option that brings sweet and savory flavors. View the full recipe down below!

Ingredients

For Pork Chops:

Pork Chops 2 each
Sunflower Oil - Spray Just enough to cover pan
Kosher Salt 1 tsp
Ground Black Pepper 2 tsp

For Peach BBQ Sauce:

Ketchup 6 tbsp
Light Brown Sugar 2 tbsp
Honey 2 tsp
White Sugar 1 1/4 tsp
Molasses 1 tbsp
Apple Cider Vinegar 1 1/4 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp
Tamari Sauce 1 1/2 tsp
Dijon Mustard 2 1/2 tsp
Liquid Smoke 1/2 tsp
Onion Powder 1/2 tsp
Granulated Garlic 1/2 tsp
Crushed Red Pepper 1/4 tsp
Ground Black Pepper 1/8 tsp
Frozen Peaches - Diced 1/3 cup
Fresh Rosemary - Chopped 2 tbsp

Directions
1. Combine all ingredients for Peach BBQ Sauce in a small pot and heat to a simmer. Cover and cook slowly at a simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir often to avoid the sugar burning.

2. Meanwhile, spray pork chops with sunflower oil then season with salt and pepper. Heat grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.

3. Grill pork until cross-marks are achieved on one side, then flip. From there, you can repeat on the other side and leave cooking until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 150°F.

4. Take pork off grill and brush with Peach BBQ Sauce. Save remaining sauce to serve on the side with pork. Enjoy! 😋
