If you're a long time fan of Rice Krispies Treats, this St. Patricks Day recipe is for you.

These bars have a double dose of marshmallows (thanks to the Lucky Charms) and are a festive upgrade to our Brown Butter Rice Krispie Treats.

Additionally, because they're no-bake and take just a few simple ingredients, they're a great dessert to make with your little ones! View the full recipe below.

PREP TIME  5 MINS
COOK TIME  12 MINS

Ingredients

Butter - Unsalted 10 tbsp
Marshmallow  1 1/4 lbs
Lucky Charm Cereal 1 1/8 lbs
White Chocolate Chips 3 1/2 oz

Instructions

1. Line 9 x 12 sheet pan with parchment and spray with some cooking spray.

2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium-low heat. It will melt, then foam, then turn clear golden and finally start to turn brown and smell nutty. Turn off heat as soon as the butter starts to brown slightly. Add marshmallows and stir vigorously until mixture becomes smooth.

3. Add lucky charm cereal to the marshmallow mixture and stir well to combine. Pour mixture into prepared sheet pan. Mixture should come to about the top of the pan side.

4. Melt white chocolate in microwave in 20 second intervals. Pour melted white chocolate into zip-lock bag and cut off a small corner. Drizzle white chocolate over lucky charm marshmallow treats. Let cool completely before cutting.
