Pomegranate Gin Fizz
Gin
4 oz
Pomegranate Juice
3 oz
Lemon Juice
1 oz
Simple Syrup
1 1/4 oz
Egg Whites
2 each
Soda Water
1/2 cup
Rosemary Sprig
2 oz
Pomegranate Seeds
1 tbsp
Directions
1. In a cocktail shaker...add gin, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds until cold.
3. Strain the drink into a glass and top with the soda water, the egg white foam forms on top. If desired, garnish with a rosemary sprig. Enjoy!
