Sesame Sweet Potato Wedges

Sweet Potatoes - Wedges
1 1/2 lb
1 1/2 tbsp
Sesame Seed Oil
Light Brown Sugar
White Sesame Seeds
1. Preheat oven 375 ̊
2. Toss sweet potato wedges with sunflower oil, sesame oil, brown sugar, granulated garlic, salt and sesame seeds in large bowl.
3. Place potatoes on parchment lined sheet pan in even layers (do not over crowd).
4. Roast for 15 minutes then turn pans and roast for another 15 minutes. Potatoes should have some color. Enjoy!
