Holiday Collection: Spinach & Artichoke Dip

If you haven't tried our Spinach & Artichoke Dip before, you should definitely try making it yourself. This appetizer is quick, easy, and great to feed a crowd of any size. Use your favorite chips for dipping. We use our local favorite Z Pita Chipz!

Spinach & Artichoke Dip
 
Cream Cheese 4 cups
Mayonnaise 1 1/2 cups
Grated Parmesan 1 1/2 cups
Crushed Red Pepper  1 tsp
Granulated Garlic 1 tbsp
Kosher Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Spinach - Frozen 5 cups
Artichoke Hearts - Canned 7 cups

 

Directions
 
1. Combine cream cheese, mayo, parmesan cheese, crushed pepper, garlic and salt in stand mixer. Using the beater attachment start to beat until combined.
 
2. Add the spinach and artichokes and then beat until just combined.
 
3. Add to a casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with pita chips (or any chips of your liking) and enjoy!
