Sweet & Spicy Tofu

Extra Firm Tofu - Pressed |

Directions
2. Dice pressed tofu into 1 inch cubes.
3. In a mixing bowl whisk together the orange juice, orange zest, lemon juice, olive oil, whole
grain mustard, honey, red pepper flakes, garlic, thyme, and salt. Reserve 1/3 of mixture to toss
with tofu at the end.
4. Add tofu to a large mixing bowl and add the marinade. Massage to make sure everything is
evenly coated with the marinade. Let marinate for 30 minutes - 1 hour.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F
6. Place tofu on parchment lined sheet pan in single layer. Roast in oven for about 10
minutes, then turn pans. Roast for another 10 minutes or until tofu is cooked and slightly crispy around
the edges. If needed, turn pans again and roast for an additional 10 minutes. Toss tofu with
reserved sauce. Feel free to add some fresh herbs before enjoying as well!
