Making your trail mix means endless flavor combinations you can try. So rather than buying store-bought, create a healthier and more exciting version yourself!

We made a mixed one with a mix of tropical flavors - banana chips, mango, spiced nuts, and coconut. 🥥 It's the perfect snack on-the-go.

Tropical Trail Mix
Whole Cashews 2 cups
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Paprika 1 tbsp
Kosher Salt 1 tsp
Banana Chips 1 cup
Whole Almonds 2 cups
Dried Mango 1 cup
Coconut Chips 1 cup

 

Directions
 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 
 
2. Toss cashews in olive oil, paprika, and salt. Place on a lined sheet tray and toast in the oven for 10 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
 
3. Toss together all ingredients in a bowl. Serve and enjoy!
