Air Fryer Artichoke Hearts

Save this recipe for Air Fryer Artichokes if you're looking for a healthy yet addicting yet healthy snack to get you through the day. We paired it with our roasted red pepper sauce, but they're also great on their own.⁠

Air Fryer Artichoke Hearts
Canned Artichoke Hearts 14 oz
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Kosher Salt 1/4 tsp
Ground Black Pepper 1/8 tsp
Minced Garlic 2 cloves
Roasted Red Pepper Sauce 8 oz

 

 Directions
1. Drain artichoke hearts and cut them into halves or quarters.

2. Place artichoke hearts in a bowl and toss to coat with olive oil, salt, and pepper. 

3. Place the artichoke hearts in an air fryer basket and cook at 400F degrees for 15 minutes or until golden and fork tender.

4. Meanwhile, prepare your Roasted Red Pepper Sauce for dipping on the side.

5. Remove the artichoke hearts from the basket, serve with sauce, and enjoy!
