Chef Maggie created her Roasted Red Pepper Sauce to accompany some of our favorite F&F items: cod, potatoes, broccolini, and green beans.
The best part of this recipe is that it has only 7 simple ingredients... and it's one of those recipes you can lean on when in a pinch. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
Roasted Red Peppers
5 oz
Sunflower Oil
2 tbsp
Almonds - Slivered
2 tbsp
Garlic - Peeled
.5 clove
Lemon Juice
2 tsp
Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp
Fresh Parsley
2 tsp
Directions
1. blend all the sauce ingredients together in food processor or using hand blender until well blended. Taste for seasoning. Thin slightly with water if need be. Drizzle on dish of your choice and enjoy!
