Baked Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Spend just a few minutes of your morning making this single-serving baked apple cinnamon oatmeal! We know it sounds delicious, but we promise it's even better than you could imagine.

Ingredients
Unsalted Butter 1 tbsp
Rolled Oats 1/2 cup
Oat Milk 1/2 cup
Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Kosher or Sea Salt pinch
Apple Sauce 1 tbsp
White Sugar 1 tbsp
Granny Smith Apples - Diced 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp for topping
 
Directions

1. Coat your oven-safe bowl in butter. Add oats, oat milk, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, apple sauce, white sugar, and apples in the bowl. Mix to combine. Top with extra diced apples.

2. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.

3. Serve with a scoop of ice cream and maple syrup 🤤
