Cast Iron Steak Tips

Make the best steak dinner all in one pan. Everything is cooked in herby and delicious garlic butter and steak tips are complete with sauteed mushrooms and asparagus. Tastes like an elegant restaurant-style meal, but it's so simple.

Cast Iron Steak Tips
Steak Tips 1 1/2 lbs
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Butter 6 tbsp
Garlic - Cloves 4 each
Parsley - Chopped 1/4 cup
Asparagus 1 bunch
Shiitake Mushrooms 1 cup
Salt  1/4 tsp
Pepper 1/8 tsp

 

Directions
 1. Heat oil in skillet over high heat. Once hot, add in steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook 3-5 minutes on each side. Set aside.

  2. 2. Reduce heat to medium and add butter to same pan. Once melted, add garlic and parsley and cook about a minute, stirring.

  4. 3. Add asparagus and mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes. Add steak bites back into the pan and toss well. Serve and enjoy!
