Parsley - Chopped |
1/4 cup |
Asparagus |
1 bunch |
Shiitake Mushrooms |
1 cup |
Salt |

Directions
1. Heat oil in skillet over high heat. Once hot, add in steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook 3-5 minutes on each side. Set aside.

- 2. Reduce heat to medium and add butter to same pan. Once melted, add garlic and parsley and cook about a minute, stirring.

- 3. Add asparagus and mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes. Add steak bites back into the pan and toss well. Serve and enjoy!
