You've been asking for our Chive Potato Salad recipe, so we're here to make that happen. If you haven't had a chance to try it yet, now is a perfect time. With only a month left of summer, enjoy a few more outdoor BBQs with this addition of this delicious side.

Chive Potato Salad
Yellow Potatoes
1 1/2 lbs
Mayonnaise
1/3 cup
Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp
White Wine Vinegar
1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp
Minced Garlic
1 clove
Granulated Garlic
1/4 tsp
Chives
1/2 tbsp
Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp
Ground Black Pepper
1/8 tsp
Directions
1. Cook potatoes in boiling water until fork tender.
2. Once fork tender, remove from water and let cool. Once cool, peel the skin with your fingers or a towel.
3. Dice potatoes into 1" cubes and set aside.
4. To make the potato salad dressing: Place all ingredients in a bowl except the chives. Whisk until everything is combined. Then fold in the chives.
5. Add potatoes and fold all together. Serve and enjoy!
