Chocolate Baked Oats
Rolled Oats
1/2 cup
Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp
Baking Powder
1/4 tsp
Kosher Salt
1/8 tsp
Milk of choice
1/2 cup
Banana - Mashed
1/4 cup
Honey
2 tbsp
Dark or Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp (for topping)
Directions
1. Preheat to 350°F.
2. Stir all ingredients together or blend if you wish, then pour the mixture 2/3 of the way full into your ramekins. Top with chocolate chips.
2. Bake for 25 minutes (or microwave for 1-2 minutes). Add ice cream if desired!
