Chocolate Baked Oats
Rolled Oats

Cocoa Powder |
1 tbsp |
Baking Powder |
1/4 tsp |
Kosher Salt |
1/8 tsp |
Milk of choice |
1/2 cup |
Banana - Mashed |
1/4 cup |
Honey |
2 tbsp |
Dark or Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips |
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp (for topping) |
Directions
1. Preheat to 350°F.
2. Stir all ingredients together or blend if you wish, then pour the mixture 2/3 of the way full into your ramekins. Top with chocolate chips.
2. Bake for 25 minutes (or microwave for 1-2 minutes). Add ice cream if desired!
