SERVES  6 SERVINGS
PREP TIME 70 MINS

Chocolate Covered Banana Pops
Bananas 3 each
Peanut Butter 3 tbsp
Peanuts 1 cup
Chocolate 2 cups
Coconut Oil 2 tbsp

Directions
 1. Cut bananas in half and place a popsicle stick or skewer on one side. Repeat for all banana halves and place on a plate or sheet tray, then into the refrigerator for about an hour or until frozen.

2. While they're freezing, prepare bowls of peanuts, peanut butter, and melted chocolate: to make melted chocolate add chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl with coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second increments until melted.

3. Take bananas out of the freezer, spread with peanut butter, sprinkle on peanuts, then dip or pour melted chocolate onto the banana. The chocolate should harden almost immediately. If not you can always place it back in the freezer for a few more minutes.

4. Serve frozen and enjoy!
