Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats

Give yourself a little extra time in the morning and make yourself a delicious and simple breakfast the night before. With absolutely no cooking needed!

Our Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats recipe is filled with natural fiber, omega-3's, and protein. There's no cooking involved and it can keep up to a week in the fridge! It doesn't get much easier than that. We top ours with maple syrup ad fruit but you can add any toppings you please - nuts, nut butter, chocolate, and honey taste wonderful as well!

Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats

SERVES  1 SERVINGS
PREP TIME  5 MINS
COOK TIME  0 MINS

 

Ingredients
 
Rolled Oats (regular or gluten free) 1/2 cup
Greek Yogurt  3 tablespoons
Oat Milk 1/2 cup
Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp
Chia Seeds 1 tsp
Light Brown Sugar 1 tsp
Sea Salt 1/8 tsp
Maple Syrup 1 tsp
Bananas/ Peaches 1/4 cup
 
Directions
 1. Combine all ingredients listed above in a jar or container that can be sealed and stir well.

  6. 4. Drizzle with maple syrup and fruit/toppings of of choice! 

 

Overnight oats can last up to a week - make yourself a few serving in advance and you'll be set on breakfast all week!
