It's our very own Vegan Housemade "Coconoat" Cherry Cookie. Think healthy breakfast, but in cookie form. What we love most about these cookies is is: (1) you would never know they were dairy-free; (2) they have fantastic texture in each bite; (3) It's a healthier option for when you want something lighter.

Coconoat Cherry Cookie

GF Rolled Oats
1 1/3 cup
Cinnamon - Ground
Light Brown Sugar
1 1/2 cup
1. Cream the butter and brown sugar, then add maple syrup and vanilla. 2. Fold in dry ingredients. 3. Add oat milk. The dough should stay in shape when pressed into a ball. 4. Portion using green scoop and press each cookie to flatten the tops (flatten them to about half the size of the balls). Chill for 2 hours.
5. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes until tops are lightly browned. Enjoy!
