Cranberry Brie Bites
Puff Pastry
1 (8oz) tube
Brie
8 oz
Cranberry Sauce - Whole Berry
1/2 cup
Fresh Rosemary
4 sprigs
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375° and grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough, and cut it into 16 squares.
2. Place squares into muffin tin slots.
3. Cut brie into small pieces and place inside the crescent dough. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce, and one little sprig of rosemary.
3. Bake until the crescent pastry is golden, about 15 minutes.
