These Dark Chocolate Trail Mix Clusters are the perfect healthy snack you can make in minutes. We used our favorite nut and fruit mix to make these, but customize them to your liking. Other great pairings are banana chips and peanuts or mango, cashew, and coconut flakes.

Dark Chocolate Trail Mix Clusters
Dark Chocolate
12 oz
Coconut Oil
2 tbsp
Cashews
1 cup
Almonds
1 cup
Dried Cranberries
1 cup
Course Sea Salt
1 tbsp
Directions
1. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave, removing it and giving it a stir every 30 seconds until melted.
2. Add cashews, almonds, and cranberries to a medium bowl and pour the chocolate on top. Stir.
3. On a parchment-lined sheet tray, scoop 2 tbsp of the nut and chocolate mix forming small clusters.
4. Place in fridge for 30 minutes to solidify then enjoy!
