Sunflower Oil

Red Bell Pepper - Diced

White Onion - Diced
6 tbsp
Garlic - Minced
2 tsp
Tomato Paste
1 1/4 tsp
Ketchup
1 1/4 cup
Dijon Mustard
1 1/4 tsp
Water
4 tbsp
Light Brown Sugar
1 1/4 tsp
Chili Powder
1/2 tsp
Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp
Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp
Red Chili Flakes
a pinch
Ground Black Pepper

Directions
1. In a skillet over medium heat sauté onions, garlic, and bell pepper until tender, about 2-3 minutes. Then add the spices, salt + pepper.
2. Move to the side and start browning your ground beef, then you can mix everything together in the pan/
3. Add tomato paste and sauté for 1 minute then add Worcestershire, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, and water. Simmer for 5 minutes then take off the heat.
