Irish Whiskey Cocktail
Irish Whiskey
1 1/2 oz
Heavy Cream
3 tbsp
F&F Irish Coffee Mixer
4 oz
Green Sprinkles
1 tsp
Fresh Mint
1 sprig
Directions
1. To a cocktail shaker add ice, Irish whiskey, and Irish coffee mixer. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
2. Pour over ice. Meanwhile, Grab a cold bowl, and chill your heavy cream before beginning; cold cream whips better. Once chilled, use a whisk to beat the cream back and forth until very soft peaks begin to form.
3. Pour cream over the coffee, top with sprinkles, a sprig of mint, and enjoy!
