Lavender Blossoms |

1 cup |
Water |
1 cup |
Soda Water |

Directions
Lavender Syrup:
1. Combine water, sugar, and lavender blossoms in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let syrup steep, for about 30 minutes. Let cool slightly before using.
Tom Collins:
1. Shake all ingredients except soda water and lemon wedge with ice.
2. Strain into a glass. Top with soda water and garnish with lemon wedge.
