Leftover Thanksgiving Galette
Premade Pie Dough
1 egg + 1 tbsp water
Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Layer the fillings out evenly on a sheet of pie dough, about 2 inches from the outside edge.
3. Fold the edge of the dough over the filling, creasing and folding until completing the circle. Brush the crust with egg wash or heavy cream. Sprinkle with salt and cracked black pepper over the galette.
4. Bake for 30 or until the crust is golden. Serve warm and enjoy!
