Leftover Thanksgiving Galette

Switch things up from your classic leftover turkey sandwich and try this easy galette recipe instead. 👇

Leftover Thanksgiving Galette
 
Premade Pie Dough 1 Sheet
Mashed Potatoes 1/4 cup
Stuffing 1/4 cup
Turkey 2 oz
Cranberry Sauce 3 tbsp
Egg Wash 1 egg + 1 tbsp water
Kosher Salt 1/4 tsp
Freshly Cracked Black Pepper 1/8 tsp

 

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
 
2. Layer the fillings out evenly on a sheet of pie dough, about 2 inches from the outside edge.
 
3. Fold the edge of the dough over the filling, creasing and folding until completing the circle. Brush the crust with egg wash or heavy cream. Sprinkle with salt and cracked black pepper over the galette.
  • 4. Bake for 30 or until the crust is golden. Serve warm and enjoy!
