Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Energy Bites

GF Rolled Oats |
1 cup |
Shredded Coconut |
1 cup |
Maple Syrup |
1/4 cup |
Almond Butter |
1/2 cup |
Hemp Seeds |
1 tbsp |
Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder |
1 tbsp |
Cinnamon - Ground |
3/4 tsp |
Kosher Salt |
1/4 tsp |
Vanilla Extract |
1/2 tbsp |
Dark Raisins |
1/4 cup |
Directions
1. In a large bowl mix together oats and shredded coconut.
2. Add almond butter, maple syrup, hemp seeds, vegan vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract and raisins to the bowl. Mix until mixture is sticky and comes together.
3. Scoop into balls using a small scoop. Roll into a ball shape.
4. Refrigerate and enjoy!
