Energy bites first arrived on our menu January 2020. Chef Maggie insisted on developing a healthy, on-the-go snack for our members - made with minimal ingredients and without white sugar or flour.  
 
Since it’s launch, we’ve created 6 different versions of this item! (with more to come…)
 
Our seasonal Pumpkin Energy Bites consist of: pumpkin puree, pumpkin seeds, maple syrup, and cinnamon to create the perfect fall bite. Create your own using the full recipe below.

Pumpkin Energy Bites

SERVES  5 ENERGY BITES
PREP TIME  20 MINS
COOK TIME  0 MINS

 

Ingredients
 
GF Rolled Oats 3 cups
Peanut Butter ½ cup
Pumpkin Puree 5 tbsp
Maple Syrup ½ cup
Roasted, Salted Pumpkin Seeds 3/4 cup
Hemp Seeds 1 1/2 tbsp
Vegan Protein Powder, Vanilla 2 tbsp
Ground Cinnamon ½ tbsp
Kosher Salt ½ tsp
Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp
 
Instructions
 
1. Pulse oats in food processor bowl until broken down slightly.
 
2. Add rest of ingredients to the food processor and pulse until combined.
 
3. Scoop and roll into balls into 1 ½ inch balls.
 
4. Refrigerate and enjoy!
