One-Pot Baked Pasta

This recipe will take 5 minutes of hands-on work, then leave it to the oven to do the rest. We took the best flavors from our baked pasta dishes and turned them into our new favorite one-pot pasta recipe.

If you are looking for a vegetarian version, omit the sausage and use vegetable stock!

One-Pot Baked Pasta
Spaghetti 1 lb
White Onion 1/4 cup
Garlic - Minced 1 clove
Marinara Sauce 12 oz
Broccoli Rabe - Chopped 2 heads
Italian Sausage 12 oz
Vegetable, Chicken, or Beef Stock 2 cups
Shredded Mozzarella 1 cup

 

Directions
 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
 
2. In a medium-sized casserole dish layer spaghetti, onion, garlic, marinara sauce, broccoli rabe, Italian sausage, and stock. Stir it together then place in the oven for 15 minutes.
 
3. After 15 minutes remove the casserole dish from the oven, give it a stir, and layer mozzarella cheese on top. Place it back in the oven for another 15 minutes.
 
4. Remove from the oven, serve with tongs, and enjoy!
