Our Project Manager, Becky, is sharing her favorite Passover recipe for Haroset with you. This spread is a pastelike mixture of fruit, nuts, cinnamon, and liqueur eaten during her seder meal on the Passover - served with matzoh. 👇

Passover Haroset
Almond Paste |
1 1/2 cups |
Pitted Dates - Chopped |
10 oz |
Figs - Chopped |
12 oz |
Poppy Seeds |
2 tbsp |
Almonds - Chopped |
1/2 cup |
Pine Nuts |
1/2 cup |
Orange Zest |
1 orange, grated |
Honey |
1 tbsp |
Dried Apricots |
1/4 cup |
Golden Raisins |
1/2 cup |
Brandy |
1/2 cup |
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor except orange zest, poppy seeds, almond paste, and brandy.
2. Once everything comes together add those last four ingredients. It should have a pasty texture.
3. Serve with matzoh and enjoy!
