Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

This peanut banana smoothie is high in protein and easy to can be made in minutes to get your morning started. It's vegan, gluten-free, and gives you energy with its addition of espresso. ⁠

The trick to getting your smoothie extra thick and creamy? Use frozen bananas!

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
Frozen Bananas 4 each
Peanut Butter 1/4 cup
Cocoa Nibs 3 tbsp
Espresso or Brewed Coffee 1/4 cup
Milk of choice 1 cup

 

Direction
 
1. Place all ingredients into the blender.
