We introduced this recipe aspartof our Rosh Hashanah menu lastyear and it hasbeen a huge hit. Plus, it’s now pomegranate season —topping it with pomegranate seeds gives it some extra crunch and tartness to cut through the sweet glaze. This is the perfect dish to level up your standardsautéed fish dinner and is sure to wow a crowd over the holidays.

Pomegranate-Glazed Salmon
Pomegranate Molasses
3 tbsp
Lemon Zest
1 tsp
Balsamic Glaze
2 tsp
Pomegranate Seeds
1/2 oz
Salmon Filets
4 each
Directions
1. Brush salmon fillets with sunflower oil and season with salt. Sear over medium-high heat until golden brown.
2. Place salmon on parchment lined sheet pan. Combine the pomegranate molasses and balsamic glaze.
3. Brush half the glaze on the salmon. Finish salmon in oven at 360˚F until salmon reaches 145˚F.
4. Brush with remaining glaze and top with lemon zest + pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
