We introduced this recipe as part of our Rosh Hashanah menu last year and it has been a huge hit. Plus, it’s now pomegranate season — topping it with pomegranate seeds gives it some extra crunch and tartness to cut through the sweet glaze. This is the perfect dish to level up your standard sautéed fish dinner and is sure to wow a crowd over the holidays.

Pomegranate-Glazed Salmon
Pomegranate Molasses |
3 tbsp |
Lemon Zest |
1 tsp |
Balsamic Glaze |
2 tsp |
Pomegranate Seeds |
1/2 oz |
Salmon Filets |
4 each |
Directions
1. Brush salmon fillets with sunflower oil and season with salt. Sear over medium-high heat until golden brown.
2. Place salmon on parchment lined sheet pan. Combine the pomegranate molasses and balsamic glaze.
3. Brush half the glaze on the salmon. Finish salmon in oven at 360˚F until salmon reaches 145˚F.
4. Brush with remaining glaze and top with lemon zest + pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
