Sesame Sweet Potato Wedges

Sunflower Oil |
1 1/2 tbsp |
Sesame Seed Oil |
1/2 tbsp |
Light Brown Sugar |
1/2 tbsp |
Granulated Garlic |
1 tsp |
Kosher Salt |
1 tsp |
White Sesame Seeds |
1 tsp |
Directions
1. Preheat oven 375 ĚŠ
2. Toss sweet potato wedges with sunflower oil, sesame oil, brown sugar, granulated garlic,
salt and sesame seeds in large bowl.
3. Place potatoes on parchment lined sheet pan in even layers (do not over crowd).
4. Roast for 15 minutes then turn pans and roast for another 15 minutes. Potatoes should have some color. Enjoy!
