Make a well-rounded breakfast all on one sheet tray...

No need to keep stirring or have multiple dishes going on at once to create this breakfast plate. It'll be your favorite and easiest breakfast yet!

Sheet Pan Breakfast
Eggs 2 each
Sliced Bread 2 each
Breakfast Sausage 8 each
Russet Potatoes 2 each
Kosher Salt 1/2 tsp
Ground Black Pepper 1/4 tsp
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
 
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a 9x16 sheet pan with parchment paper, add diced potatoes to 1/2 of the sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
 
2. Add breakfast sausage to other half then place in the oven for 15 minutes.
 
3. After that, take the sheet pan out of the oven and make room on a third of the pan.
 
4. With a biscuit cutter or the rim of a glass, press a hole in the center of the slice of bread. Crack an egg in each slice, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes.
 
5. Serve and enjoy!
