There’s something wonderful about sheet pan cooking that allows food to develop deep, rich flavors while baking in the oven (especially when you’re short on time).

Our Sheet Pan Gnocchi recipe will have dinner ready in under 30 minutes and will help you save time on those busy weeknights. Its easy assembly allows preparation to be done all on one pan! Don't forget to customize your finishing touch...lemon zest, balsamic glaze, herbs, or freshly grated cheese make a perfect addition.

Pre-Cooked, Shelf-Stable Gnocchi 17 1/2 oz
Fresh Mozzarella Pearls 1 cup
Cherry Tomatoes  1 cup
Fresh Basil - Chiffonade 1/2 cup
Olive Oil 1/3 cup
Kosher Salt 1 tbsp
Ground Black Pepper 2 tsp

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

2. Add parchment to a sheet tray. Place gnocchi and tomatoes in one layer. 

3. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes.

4. After 15 minutes, add mozzarella to the sheet tray and bake for another 8 minutes.

5. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil and lemon zest. Serve and enjoy!
