Baby Potatoes
1 lb
Asparagus
1 lb
White Onion
1 each
Olive Oil
3 tbsp
Paprika
1/2 tsp
Kosher Salt
1 tsp
Black Pepper
1/2 tsp
Dill
1 tbsp
Parsley
1 tbsp
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place potatoes on sheet tray with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Bake potatoes in oven for 20 minutes.
3. Remove from oven and add carrots, asparagus, white onion. Add pork chops on top of the veggies. Drizzle with olive olive, salt, pepper, and paprika.
4. Bake for 20 more minutes. Top with dill and parsley. Enjoy!
