We love bringing these along with us on a hike, as a pre-workout snack, as a mid-day pick-me-up at work, or as a healthy dessert. Sunbutter Energy Bites
Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
1 cup
Dried Cranberries
1/3 cup
Creamy Sunbutter
3 oz
Maple Syrup
1/4 cup
Sunflower Seeds _ Salted
2 tbsp
Ground Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp
Kosher Salt
1/8 tsp
Directions
1. Add sun butter, maple syrup, sunflower seeds, oats, cranberries, cinnamon, and salt to the oat mixture and process until the mixture comes together.
2. Form into balls using the scoop, refrigerate, and enjoy!
