Onions | 2 each |
Butter | 3 tbsp |
Garlic Powder | 1 tsp |
Kosher Salt | 1/4 tsp |
Jumbo Pasta Shells | 20 each |
Chicken Broth | 1/4 cup |
Sherry Vinegar | 1 tbsp |
Ground Black Pepper | 1 tsp |
Thyme | 1/2 tsp |
Mashed Sweet Potatoes | 1 1/2 cup |
Gorgonzola | 1 1/2 cup |
Grated Parmesan Cheese | 1/2 cup |
Parsley | 2 tbsp |
Honey | 2 tbsp |
3. Meanwhile, cook pasta shells according to package directions. Drain pasta; set aside.
5. Spoon mixture into shells and place in a casserole dish.
6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 375° for 10-15 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with honey drizzled on top.
