Tomato & Summer Herb Gazpacho
Cucumber

Strawberries
1 cup
Red Bell Peppers
4 cups
Green Bell Peppers
1 cup
Beefsteak Tomatoes
6 cups
Olive Oil
2 cups
Garlic - Peeled
3 each
Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 cup
Fresh Basil
1/2 cup
Kosher Salt
1 tbsp
Black Pepper
2 tsp
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except for the Olive Oil, then blend with an Immersion Blender until smooth.
2. Continue Blending while adding the Olive Oil the stir to fully combine.
