Tropical White Sangria
Lime Juice 3/4 cup
Sugar 1 1/2 cup
Water 1 cup + 3/4 cup for simple syrup
Passionfruit Puree 2 oz
Lemon Juice 1/2 cup
Pineapple Juice 3/4 cup

 

Directions
 
 1. To make the lime simple syrup: Combine water, lime juice, and sugar. Bring to a simmer then whisk until sugar is completely dissolved. Set aside.
 
2. Mix all ingredients together, including the lime simple syrup, and serve over ice with your favorite spirit or seltzer water.
