Tzatziki - a tangy, refreshing, and creamy sauce originating from Southeast Europe and The Middle East. It is protein packed and great for spreading on burgers, dolloping on soups, or dipping pita chips in!

Chef Maggie added Tzatziki to the F&F menu in 2016 and it got overwhelmingly positive feedback from our members. Now, you can still enjoy it on our menu or make it with the full recipe below! 👩‍🍳

COOK TIME  0 MINS

Ingredients
Cucumber - Grated 1 cup
Plain Greek Yogurt 1 cup
Mayonnaise  1/2 cup
Garlic - Minced 1 1/4 tsp
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp
White Vinegar 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Kosher Salt 1/2 tsp
Fresh Dill - Finely Chopped 2 tsp
Fresh Parsley - Finely Chopped 1 tsp

Directions

1. Grate the cucumber and drain excess liquid (do not squeeze all the liquid out).

To drain liquid, layer a small bowl with a paper towel to allow some liquid to seep out, then remove from paper towel before combining with rest of ingredients.

2. Combine the yogurt, mayo, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, cumin, and salt in a large bowl.

3. Transfer grated cucumber, fresh dill, and parsley to the yogurt mixture. Stir to combine and dip away!
