Directions:
- 1. Grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan with a little butter or pan spray and set aside.

- 2. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter until it starts to bubble, then lower the heat and stir in the marshmallows until the mixture is completely smooth.

- 3. Remove from heat and stir in the salt, rice cereal, and dried strawberries until well combined.

- While still warm, transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan. Using damp hands, lightly press the mixture evenly into the pan.

- 4. Add the white chocolate chips to a glass measuring cup and microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring each time, for 40 to 60 seconds total until just melted.
